1. Наименование проекта: «Волшебный мир особых людей» (социально-культурная реабилитация молодых инвалидов в театральном объединении «Волшебный мир»).

3. Организация – заявитель, предлагающая проект: Государственное учреждение «Центр социального обслуживания населения Мостовского района».
4. Цели проекта: Социальная адаптация, создание условий для проведения досуга молодых людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, предоставление возможности для творческой самореализации через творческую деятельность и постановку спектаклей целевой группой.
5. Задачи, планируемые к выполнению в рамках реализации проекта:

·        Разработка сценариев для проведения занятий и постановки спектаклей.

·        Проведение занятий с целевой группой.

·        Участие в творческих  мероприятиях и фестивалях.
6. Целевая группа: Целевой аудиторией социального проекта являются молодые люди с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в возрасте от 23 до 45 лет, посещающие отделение дневного пребывания для инвалидов ГУ ЦСОН Мостовского района.
7. Краткое описание мероприятий в рамках проекта:

·        Разработка сценариев для проведения занятий и постановки спектакля целевой группой.

·        Пошив костюмов, изготовление декораций, закупка реквизитов.

·        Постановка  спектакля  «Путешествие за счастьем».

·        Участие  в  международном театральном фестивале инвалидов             «Непратаптаны шлях» в г. Бресте.

·        Участие в районном благотворительном марафоне «Поделись теплом души своей», приуроченном к Международному дню инвалидов.

·        Аналитический этап. Анализ реализации проекта. Создание презентации проекта.

Humanitarian project  of the state institution «Сenter for social services of the population of  Mostovsky district» is looking  for sponsors

1. Project name: «Тhe Magical world of special people» (social and cultural rehabilitation of young people with disabilities in the theater Association «Magic world»).
2. Project implementation period: 1 year (1 January 2019 – 31 December 2019) with further work on the project.
3. The applicant, the proposed project is: State institution “Center of social service of the population of the Mostovskoy district”.
4. Project objective: Social adaptation, creating conditions for leisure of young people with disabilities, providing opportunities for creative self-realization through creative activity and staging performances by the target group.
5. Tasks planned for implementation within the framework of the project:

·        Development of scenarios for classes and performances.

·        Conducting classes with the target group.

·        Participation in creative activities and festivals.
6. Task force: The target audience of the social project are young people with disabilities aged 23 to 45 years, visiting the Department of day care for the disabled State institution «Center of social service of the population of the Mostovskoy district».

Work on the project involves:

* Development of scenarios for the classes and performances of the target group.

* Sewing costumes, making decorations, purchase details.

* Production of the play “Journey for happiness”.

* Participation in the international theatre festival of persons with disabilities «Deprecatory way» in Brest.

* Participation in the district charity marathon “Share the warmth of your soul”, dedicated to the international day of disabled people.

* Analytical stage. Analysis of the implementation of the project. Create a project presentation.
